What happens if I run out of data in a month?
When you have less than 1 GB left, we load 3 GB of emergency data on the same eSIM for free and automatically, without you doing anything (once a month). If you use that up too, you can buy more data from your account in a minute, and your normal top-up arrives the next month.
Is it always at full speed?
Yes. It's data with no daily cap and no throttling: we never limit it. Real speed depends on the operator's 4G/5G coverage in each place.
How do the trips to Israel and Dubai work?
From your account you activate the trip the day before you fly and get an eSIM for that country (3 GB · 7 days). The next trip to the same country tops up the same eSIM. On the monthly plan they unlock one every 2 months paid.
Do I have to install an eSIM every month?
No. You install the Europe eSIM once and it tops itself up every month.

How payment works
One-off payment: pick your dates and pay once. The top-up arrives every month from the start date, on the same eSIM. Unused months are not refunded.
Monthly: billed every month and cancels itself on 1 June. You can cancel any time from your account: no further charges and the month you paid for stays yours. On the monthly plan, included trips unlock one every 2 months paid.
Extra trips to Israel or Dubai once you've used the included ones: €9.99 each.
