FAQ

When do I get my eSIM?

As soon as you pay, by email and in “My account”. Occasionally it takes a couple of minutes.

Which phones are compatible?

Most iPhones from the XS onwards and many recent Androids (Samsung Galaxy S20 or later, Google Pixel 3 or later). The phone must be unlocked.

Can I use my SIM and the eSIM at the same time?

Yes. Your SIM for calls and WhatsApp; the PFB Away eSIM for data.

Is unlimited good for streaming video?

Unlimited Plus gives you 2 GB per day at full speed and then 2 Mbps until the next day: fine for standard video and video calls. If you'll stream a lot in high quality or watch full games, choose a data plan: it runs at full speed until you use it up, with no daily cap.

What if I run out of data?

Buy another plan from your account in a minute.

Do I need to delete the eSIM afterwards?

Better not: once deleted it can't be reinstalled or topped up. Leave it installed and switched off; for your next trip, top it up from «My account».
