Privacy policy

1. What data we process

Account: email, full name, language and, if you give it, your permission to receive offers. You sign in without a password, with a link sent to your email.

Purchases and eSIMs: orders, amounts, redeemed codes, and the technical data of your eSIMs (ICCID, status, usage, activation and expiry dates).

Website use: approximate country and date of your last visit (from the network, without storing your IP address).

Optional profile questionnaire: role, sport, level, country, destinations and travel frequency, club and phone type.

Support chat: your name, email and the conversation, to help you and improve the answers.

Device notifications: if you turn them on, the technical identifier your browser provides to send you notifications.

We do not process card data (handled by Stripe) or health data.

2. Purposes and legal bases

Providing the service you buy or redeem, delivering and topping up your eSIMs, notifying you about usage and supporting you (performance of the contract).

Security, fraud prevention, accounting and service improvement (legitimate interest and legal obligations).

Offers, gifts, device notifications and the profile questionnaire (your consent, which you can withdraw at any time from "My account" or with the unsubscribe link in each email).

3. Who we share it with

Only with the providers we need to run the service, as processors: Supabase (database), Vercel (website hosting), Stripe (payments), Resend (emails), our eSIM wholesaler (only technical eSIM data, not your name or email) and Anthropic (the AI model behind the support chat). If you write to us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp's policy also applies.

Some of these providers are outside the European Economic Area; transfers are made with the safeguards provided by law, such as standard contractual clauses.

We do not sell your data.

4. How long

While you keep your account. Purchase data, for as long as accounting and tax laws require. Chat conversations, up to 12 months. Device notifications, until you turn them off.

5. Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing by writing to info@pfbperformance.com. If you live in the European Union, you can also complain to the data protection authority of your country.

6. Cookies

We only use necessary cookies: your session (lasts 30 days in your browser) and your chosen language. Your browser also stores the chat conversation and your notification preferences. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics cookies.

7. Minors

The service is intended for people aged 16 and over. If a minor uses an eSIM given by their club, they should do so with their family's permission.
