Terms of sale

1. The service

PFB Away sells data-only mobile eSIMs for use at the chosen destination, through partner operators and wholesalers. They include no phone number, calls or SMS: your usual SIM keeps working for calls and WhatsApp.

Coverage, network and speed (4G/5G) depend on the local operator in each country. Data plans run at full speed until the data is used up. "Unlimited Plus" includes 2 GB per day at full speed; after that it stays connected at 2 Mbps until the next day. Gift or older "basic unlimited" eSIMs include 1 GB per day at full speed and around 512 kbps after that.

Hotspot/tethering is allowed unless the local operator restricts it.

2. Compatibility

Before buying you must check that your phone supports eSIM and is unlocked. We explain how on the website and in the help section. We are not responsible if a device is incompatible or locked.

3. Purchase, price and delivery

Prices are shown in euros and include any applicable taxes. Payment is by card through Stripe; we do not store your card details.

The eSIM is delivered instantly by email and in "My account". If, due to a technical problem, you do not receive it within 24 hours, we refund the full amount.

4. Installation, activation and validity

The eSIM must be installed within 3 months of purchase. The plan's days start counting when the eSIM uses its first data on the destination network, not when you buy or install it.

When the days or the data run out, the plan expires. You can top up the same eSIM from "My account" with plans for the same destination.

Do not delete the eSIM from your phone: once deleted it usually cannot be reinstalled.

5. Gift codes and Team Pack

Each gift code can be redeemed once, by one person, before the date shown, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Team Pack codes are valid for 12 months from purchase; the buyer is responsible for distributing them.

6. Acceptable use

The service is for personal or team use. Reselling it, using it in traffic-aggregating equipment (SIM boxes, gateways), for illegal activities or to harm the network is not allowed. We may suspend an eSIM in case of abusive or fraudulent use.

7. Liability

We use all reasonable means to keep the service working, but we do not control local operators' networks and are not liable for outages or limitations of those networks, or for indirect damages. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected plan, except where the law does not allow such a limit.

8. Support

Help is available 24/7 in the website chat (an AI assistant that passes you to the team if it cannot solve the issue) and at info@pfbperformance.com.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the courts of Dubai, without prejudice to the rights granted by the consumer law of your country of residence, which cannot be limited by contract.

We may update these terms; the version that applies is the one published at the time of your purchase.
