Will my plan work in Japan?
Japan isn't covered by EU roaming, so each carrier sets its own price. Check with yours before you leave. If you can't find a clear answer, assume it isn't included.
Does it work for a 7 or 15-day trip?
Yes. Plans last 30 days from when you first use data at the destination, so they suit shorter trips too: you choose the data, not the days.
Can I make calls with this eSIM?
It's data only. Your usual number stays on your normal line, and you can call through WhatsApp and other apps.
Is there an unlimited eSIM for Japan?
We don't sell unlimited in Japan today: we'd rather not offer it unless the price is right. For heavy use, the 20 GB plan gives you plenty of room.
