FAQ
Does everyone need the same phone?
No. It works on eSIM-compatible iPhones and Android phones. The only requirement is that the phone is unlocked.
What if someone doesn't use their code?
We only buy the eSIM from the provider when each person redeems their code. If you have codes left over, message us and we'll see how to use them.
Can we order more than 15 eSIMs?
Yes. Tell us how many people are travelling and to which countries in the clubs form and we'll prepare a proposal.
Does the club get a single invoice?
Yes, in the club's name, per trip or per season.
